Shipping and Receiving
We ship through Canada Post. That means every town, settlement, province, and territory in Canada can access our native cigarettes.
Most shipments through Canada Post arrive within 3-5 business days. Shipments to the territories or the coasts may take a little longer.
Shipping costs are determined by the size of your order and your destination. All orders over $200 get free shipping!

Once your order has been shipped you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order through your CCW account. Go to My Account > Orders > and select the corresponding order.
We process orders and ship packages Mon-Fri, excluding holidays. Orders placed before 3pm MST will be processed and shipped the same day.
No, we only ship within Canada.
Ordering
Begin by selecting the item(s) you would like to purchase. You can click the “Add to cart” button and adjust the quantity by clicking the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page. Alternatively, you can click the image of the item you want to purchase and adjust the quantity from the item’s page.
Once you have all the items and quantities selected, click the cart icon in the top right hand corner of the page and click the “Checkout” button. On the Checkout page, fill out the “Shipping Details” section, including your name and shipping address.
Next, read the “Email Transfer” instructions thoroughly to learn how to how to make the transfer of payment.
To complete your purchase, click the “Place order” button.
Once your order has been placed, transfer the payment by following the “Email Transfer” instructions.
All orders will be placed on hold until the transfer of payment is received.
To make changes to an order you must cancel the existing order and place a new order. In general, if payment for an order has already been accepted, you cannot make changes to that order.

No. All orders are final sale and cannot be returned.

Payments
We only accept email transfers. For instructions on how to submit an email transfer, refer to the “Email Transfer” instructions on the “Checkout” page.
Use your online banking app or a credit union to send an email transfer. For specific instructions on how to submit an email transfer to CCW, refer to the “Email Transfer” instructions on the “Checkout” page.
You will receive an email indicating we have accepted your payment and are processing your order.
Once we have accepted payment you will receive an email indicating we have accepted your payment and are processing your order. Payments made on the weekend may take up to 72 hours to be accepted.

Points and Promotions
You will receive 1 point for every $35.00 Spent. 1 point is equal to $1.
At the top left corner of the “Checkout” page there is a field that allows you to select the amount of points you would like to redeem. Select the amount of points you would like to redeem using the arrow buttons and click “Apply Points” button.
